Due to the business being so small we offer store credit on all purchases after 21 days as long as merchandise has not been worn or damaged and still in the condition in which you bought it. 

Custom items are not eligeable for return but under certain circumstances such as mistake on order or defect - the return policy is adjusted accordingly. 

I have a strong Nordstrom company background and hope to advance past this stage and adopt their similar policies once my business has taken off but until then please understand.
